Salt Lake is the coolest city I've ever been in
.. Well now thats fairly embarrassing..
Ahem.. I need to get out more.
Anyway!
Chandler and I spent the last day of break up there. And I must say, it was one if the best days I have had in a long time :)
We walked around, looking for an ATM, and ended up going into all these sweet privately owned boutiques, one had tons of like.. Retro, 70's lookin furniture, where we bought cans of water (impervious to nuclear fallout) , another had all this art work by this crazy obscure modern artist. And this other one was just like a neverending collection of all things indie/retro.
So tight.
We saw the movie Win Win, which I absolutely adore.
It was just so... Real. I dunno.. Like the way they spoke in the movie was pretty much exactly how people talk in real life . And the plotline was so real too. Something like that could totally happen like for real.
I guess real life is R-rated..
On the way home, Chandler missed the on-ramp that he usually takes, so we turned around and whatever.. But then somehow we ended up on i80 instead of i15... So we decided just to come back down through park city.. But after a while the signs only said "cheyenne 457" or the like. And I was like "uhhh where's Cheyenne again? Cause that's where we're going"....
Chandler fails. :)
