growing up.
it's paying your bills first.
it's being lonely.
it's realizing you can be yourself.
it's dressing up.
it's going to bed early.
it's learning to save money.
it's using coupons.
it's trying to be healthy.
it's loving yourself.
it's wearing makeup.
it's setting priorities.
it's doing the right thing.
it's caring.
it's cleaning your room.
it's making time.
it's wearing high heels.
it's doing your hair.
it's losing friends.
it's working full-time.
it's learning new things.
it's relishing innocence.
it's doing things on your own.
it's hard.
but it's okay to sit down and cry sometimes, and it's okay to sing loudly to your favorite song in the shower. and it's OKAY to walk around the house on sundays in your fluffy bathrobe.
it's okay to sleep in, and to mess up, and to eat your favorite cold cereal for breakfast.
it's okay to say no, and to cuddle, and it's okay to go on late night walks.
it's okay to fall in love, to fall out of love, and to tell someone about how mad you are at your coworker.
it's okay to want to be left alone, and it's okay to want time to stop.
remember that this is what you wanted when you were little.
take time to remember that when you were little, you were invincible.
you still are.
nothing can stop you.
let yourself grow up.
be the greatest you there ever was.
cambria, I really needed to hear this. Thank you. :)
